How can I order products?
Cocoon House designs, imports and markets fine silk clothing.
Retail
We strongly encourage retail customers to shop for Cocoon House products at stores in their local area. Retail customers are also able to order directly from our web site. Please note that all retail sales are final -- no returns, refunds or exchanges will be given for retail sales.
Wholesale
Together with our nationwide network of representatives, we market and fulfill orders for large retailers and small boutiques. Our minimum wholesale order is $500.00.

What are payment terms?
Full payment, including shipping charges, is due before shipment. Payment via credit card is required for initial orders and for all orders under $15,000.00. We accept all major US credit cards.

While we make every effort to provide you with accurate and up-to-date pricing, occasionally, one or more items on our web site may be incorrectly priced. Cocoon House reserves the right to refuse or cancel any orders for incorrectly priced items.
How are orders shipped?
All orders are subject to shipping and handling charges. Orders are shipped via Federal Express (FedEx), United Parcel Service (UPS) or United States Postal Service (USPS).
How do I return an item?
All returns require a Return Authorization Number. Contact us directly to request a return authorization.
Claims for damaged merchandise:

All claims must be made within 7 days of delivery for exchange or refund.

Returns may be subject to a 20% restocking fee.

Clearance or sales items cannot be refunded.

Special Orders may not be canceled, returned or exchanged.
