How can I order products?
Cocoon House designs, imports and markets fine silk clothing.
We strongly encourage retail customers to shop for Cocoon House products at stores in their local area. Retail customers are also able to order directly from our web site. Please note that all retail sales are final -- no returns, refunds or exchanges will be given for retail sales.
Together with our nationwide network of representatives, we market and fulfill orders for large retailers and small boutiques. Our minimum wholesale order is $500.00.

What are payment terms?
Full payment, including shipping charges, is due before shipment. Payment via credit card is required for initial orders and for all orders under $15,000.00. We accept all major US credit cards.
All prices on our web site are subject to change without notice. While we make every effort to provide you with accurate and up-to-date pricing, occasionally, one or more items on our web site may be incorrectly priced. Cocoon House reserves the right to refuse or cancel any orders for incorrectly priced items.
How are orders shipped?

All returns require a Return Authorization Number. Contact us directly to request a return authorization.
Claims for damaged merchandise:
All claims must be made within 7 days of delivery for exchange or refund.
Returns may be subject to a 20% restocking fee.
Clearance or sales items cannot be refunded.
Special Orders may not be canceled, returned or exchanged.

Credit Card Numbers
All credit card transactions processed by Cocoon House are conducted through a secure server. Your credit card number is encrypted and sent directly to the payment processor and is never stored on our server.
